Chamber Welcomes New Interim Manager

Apr 28, 2020

As many of you may know, our Office manager Kellie Granville is currently on maternity leave with a beautiful baby girl.

Kellie’s commitment to our members has meant she continued to fill in during our search for a maternity replacement. We are excited to announce that we have filled the position and Kellie can now spend her days enjoying, bonding and caring for her daughter.

We are excited to announce that we have hired Brenda Armstrong to manage the Labrador West Chamber of Commerce during Kellie’s maternity leave. Brenda has availed of the SEA Program offered with CBDC to start her own business called HubLab so she brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience to our organization. Brenda is available whenever our members need her and she is excited to get to meet each and every one of you.

We invite you to drop by the Chamber office to say hello and welcome Brenda to the family!

During this COVID-19 crisis, Brenda will be working from home for the Chamber. She is still accessible through all the same means (email: [email protected] /Phone: (709) 944-3723) so please don’t hesitate to reach out and say a friendly “Welcome” to Brenda. We will be providing support for businesses on the COVID-19 emergency programs in the coming days and will let everyone know when and what we can do to help businesses in our community during this difficult time.

Welcome, Brenda! We look forward to working with you
